This season has started in earnest and the ladies are busy practicing and performing in the Mary Mc Kenna Diamond Trophy 2023. The format is scotch foursomes matchplay. Clonmel sent out some very experienced and competent players in Jane, Antoinette, Gemma, Sheila, Maud, Marjorie, Helen, Anne, Maura, Eleanor and Christine to play a very competitive Tipperary Team. Following some tough games that were decided on the last few holes, Clonmel went down to a stronger team on the day. The return leg will take place on Wednesday 25th at 2pm in Clonmel. Your support would be much appreciated on the day. We wish our team the best of luck and we would like to thank the team managers for their time and effort.
The Mixed Foursomes against Tipperary is taking place on Sunday next 23rd in Tipperary GC at 2pm. Again, thanks to players, managers and all involved and good luck to everyone. Your support would be much appreciated.
