Celebrations

Mary McKenna Team Victory
The return leg of the Mary McKenna competition was held on Friday May 17th in Cahir Park against Cahir Park. It was a close and exciting encounter with Clonmel eventually securing the victory on the 18th Hole, with both teams having played ten games each. It could hardly have had a tighter finish. There was great relief on the Clonmel side but also huge reward for our competitors. It is a grateful Clonmel team that progresses to the next round. We would like to thank everybody involved in facilitating the playing of this competition both in our home club and in Cahir Park. It involves hard work and commitments by many in an effort to progress ladies golf for all.
